Our customers have been crying out for better ways to track and optimise the different stages in their onboarding process and now they can with Board Stages. Track progress with each customer and view this on a specific customer path.

Not only that, but in conjunction with Board Stage History, analysing time spent in each stage just became possible, which is great news for working out exactly where you need to optimise your process. Board Stages are entirely customisable.

The perfect view across all of your projects

If you want to get up to speed with where all of your customers are currently sitting in terms of their onboarding process, new functionality means that you can see exactly this overview - all of your customers and their status.

With Board Stages together the new Board List Views you now have a great overview for a number of customers in one go. From here you can quickly expand or drill into each Board to see the full plan.

See the detailed picture, clearly

Seeing details of work required for the customer alongside the onboarding plans means fewer clicks and more focus. The contextual side pane gives you important information at-a-glance. Bring up information about the Task, Customer Account or Opportunity from Salesforce without leaving Taskfeed. Then, just collapse it out of view when you no longer need it and free up some valuable screen real estate.
